For this scene, I used handheld camera movement to record all if not most of the scenes. This is entirely to reflect the fact that something has been disturbed, nothing recording wise is entire still which reflects the uncertainty which is explored in the film. Therefore, making it much easier for the viewers to feel this unease in the thriller opening sequence.
Here, I'm filing an over the shoulder for one of the scenes with Jordan (Jordyn's actor). Using an over the shoulder shot here reflects how something is happening behind their backs, and they aren't even fully aware of it. And therefore, I reflected this in the camera work, using handheld movements to reflect the ominous figure that's looming behind their backs making it easier for the audience to fall deeper into suspension of disbelief and allowing the audience to enjoy the opening sequence more, and get them ready for the rest of the movie.
